Feature:
Quadruple bearing end seal:
1. There are two steel bearing protect rings between mixing arms and bearing end ,so coarse sand cann’t go into the space;
2. There is an air way in the steel rings ,when pump the air with pressure to the air-way ,there will be an air protect rings between mixing arms and bearing end, it makes concrete far away from bearing end and prolongs the life of mixer.
Electric lubricating oil pump
1. lubricating oil can be injected into pump head quickly with 380V powful motor;
2. NLG1 degree 2 or degree 3 oil is available to make the seal of bearing better and save oil.
3. Oil is added to four bearing end by four pump core without by –pass valve which avoids jam and make sure oil can be supplied to bearing end ,so maintenance and repair is reduced.
