Product introduction
HZS series of concrete batching plant is automatic concrete production equipment, with advantages of less investment, small floor area, easy installation and transportation, and suitable for electricity, water, airport, high way, bridge etc construction projects and commercial concrete production. JS type pf twin-shaft mixer is adopted, with the advantages of good mixing quality and high production efficiency.
Computer system can be controlled by manual, semi-automatic, or automatic, with the functions of storing ratio and automatically compensating gap. Various forms of combination can be provided according to customers’ requirements. The main electrical components are from the Schneider Electric Company. With compact structure of modular organization, which can meet the requirements of container transport, and is convenient for transport and quick installation disassembly.

Packing and Shipping
Packaging: The goods are to be shipped in export packing suitable for the type of goods to be delivered. Packing is to be protected the Goods against any damage or corrosion when the Goods are transported by sea.
Terms of Payment: 30% of total price as down-payment by T/T, 70% of total price shall be paid by T/T before shipping.
Warranty: 12 months is from the date of commissioning, or at the latest, 15 months from delivery. Note: Warranty excludes damage caused from wrong operation.
