Application
In April, 2008, Asia’s largest Tianqi Cutter Suction Dredger comes into use, which was designed by CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd and built by Qingdao Qianjin Shipyard. Its length is 120m, width is 20.3m, molded depth is 6.6m, maximum dredging depth is 30m, total installed power is 172,80KW, nominal capacity is 4,500/ h, array pitch is 6,300m and total tonnage is 4,950T. Tianqi equips advanced ABB Electrical Equipment System, Frequency Conversion Control System, Cutter-suction Dredger Automatic Control System, Steel Pile Car Device System, Shallow Inverted Pile System and Three Way Rope’s Position System. Reamer power of 2,000 KW and bridge weighing 600t are the typical performance in Asia.
Asia’s largest Tianqi and Tianlin cutter suction dredger are used on Tianjing Port, Huanghua Port, Caofeidian Port, Sanya Port, Yingkou Port, Jingtang Port, Xiamen port, South Korea, Burma and South Africa. After-sale service
a. During the warranty period, if the damage caused by non-human factor, DOFINE will be responsible for the Free repair or replacement. If damages caused by other factors or after the warranty period, DOFINE will continue to provide services with reasonable price to the customer.
b. Supplier has responsible for maintenance the machine lifetime, after the warranty period, supplier continues to offer the technical service, but replacing the spare parts, supplier only charge for material and service fee.
c. After receiving the notice from the buyer, supplier will respond to the customer within 24 hours on the spot to solve the problems.
