Brief Introduction
The GAH series slurry pump is a kind of cantilever centrifugal pump. It adopts horizontal frame and bears a casing structure of axially vertical with double open, the inner liner is made of metal or rubber, which has good abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. The product such characteristics as reasonable structure, reliable operation methods and long working-life. It is especially suitable for the slurry of high concentration and strong abrasion conditions, and are with good reputation in the customers
Overall Slurry Pump Performance And Advantages
1.The pump adopts horizontal frame and bears a casing structure of axially vertical with double open, with metal or rubber liner, it has a wide range, good cavitation performance and high efficiency.
2. The bearing assembly is of cylindrical structure which is a kind of high-capacity bearing design. The bearing adopts grease lubrication and oil lubrication to meet with different operating conditions. The material of the flow parts is developed by my company, and of our unique patent, so the operation is stable and reliable, the cost is lower,Thus increase the work performance
3. Adopt multiple speeds and multiple ways to make the pump run under the best working conditions. It has a long service life and high operating efficiency, and can meet the need of various conveying conditions.
4. The wearing parts have long service life,high reliability, and this type Pump is not only of high efficiency, low energy consumption but also allows multistage series connection.
5. The shaft seal adopts packing seal, Expeller seal and mechanical seal to meet the requirements of different working conditions. The pump and driver can choose direct drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, and reducer drive. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles to adapt to different on-site installation conditions.
