Pre painted aluzinc steel coil are mainly provided for various commercial purposes covering architectural construction, electrical household appliances, transportation, etc. Paint colors is for your choice and simulated pattern of wood grain, marble, granite. Detailed specification is as following .
Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than that of galvanized steel sheets.
The base metals for Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil consist of cold rolled, HDG electro-galvanized and hot-dip alu-zinc coated steel. The finish coats of Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil can be classified into groups as follows: polyester, silicon modified polyesters, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester, etc.
The production process has evolved from one-coating-and-one-baking to double-coating-and-double-baking, and even three-coating-and-three-baking.

How to order?
1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me:
a. color
Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample .
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25 um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of AZ coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 40g/m2.
f. with film or not
Without film is the most selection
Payment
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)
Delivery time:
Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay
