Wood grain PPGL steel coil
Wood grain PPGL steel coil are typical wood texture (as shown in the figure). Special requirements from customers may be met via negotiation and research .Wood grain PPGL steel coil is prepared by being coated with a layer of paint and baked pattern is printed out using the gravure technologies, then a layer of clear lacquer is coated and after being baked again, color-coated printed steel sheet is obtained.
Applications:
Mainly applied to decoration for interior and exterior walls and indoor items.

How to order?

as customer request
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of Zn coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.
Packing
Payment
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)
Delivery time
Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
