MST541KR is extra-width fabric folding and rolling machine. It is mainly used in finishing workshop of sunshade net factory and plastic factory for checking and mending of finishing mesh fabrics.

Purpose:

1, The width of fabric from 3 meters to 6.2 meters can be folded and winded from big rolls to small.

2, The width of fabric from 1 meter to 3 meters can be full-width inspected and winded from big rolls to small.

Features

1, Frequency converter controls inspecting and rolling speed, controlled by muilt-frequency converter tension  synchronously adjustable, driven by reducer.

2, Photoelectric sensor controls fabric edge-alignment, edge-aligment for folding driven by Hydro cylinder. Edge-alignment for winding-frequency converter controls reducer drive.

4, Using domestic advanced meter counter

5, Cylinder controls the tightness of continuous fabric rolls. Rolls without paper tube is available.

6, Optional electronic sensor weighting device-Record the weight of finished rolls.
