Description:

The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming to CMP . With safety device, the machine is shut down when the door is opened. and filling carried out only with tubes fed.
1. Apply to :plastic composite tube and Aluminum-plastic composite tube
2. Feeding tube system :inclined automatic feeding tube out of the entire warehouse ,saddle-shaped tail folded Closure device ,and by regulating the fold to achieve trilateral and four-fold .
3. With a temperature control and cooling system,operation is sample and sealing reliable .
4. Matching :External chiller system bucket as inter layer insulation device , bucket as internal mixing device, automatic feeding device, automatic feeding device (pump), finished products sending pipe institution.
5. Sample adjustment,Only fifteen minutes are needed for dismantling and assembling the filling device.
6. Suitable for filling different kinds of tubes.the soft metal tube bending device is optional .
