Description:

 

1) Printhead:

 

Printhead: kyocera (Japan original) 4-8pcs,

First time buy 4 heads,later you can add 2 or 4heads in the same machine,just add

heads charges.

 

2) Ink Available:

 

    Inks are available for three chemistries:

       1. Reactive inks – to print on all natural fibers such as cotton,silk,wool,etc

       2. Acid inks – to print on polyamide lycra, wool, silk

       3. Disperse inks – to print directly onto polyester and blends

 

      3) Print speed:

 

  

  1.     2 pass 600*1200 dpi  135m2/hour, 4 head 4color/6 head 6 color /8 head  8color
  2.     3 pass 600*1800 dpi  72m2/hour, 4 head 4color/6 head 6 color /8 head  8color

  4. Belt cleaning system:Auto brush & sponge-roller washing system belt wiping system.
  5. Transducer & photoelectric sensor system, while fabric not flat or upwarp ,it will alarm, and printhead will stop working.One set of this system installed beside belt,another one beside printhead.
