2. Description:
This assembly machine equipped with the device of flange, web clamping and centering and auto spot welding, all of them adopt Japanese Mitsubishi programmable ontroller and the AC frequency converter so as to invrease the productivity largely campared to the machine from other supplier. It has the advantages of stable and reliable running sate and the welding gun is equipped with arc-tracing device to ensure the quality of tack welding.
The centering and clamping of web, flange, and upper pinch wheel are driven by hydraulic system. The pinch strength of each motion can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve on the hydraulic station.
The assembly speed can be adjusted by changing the output frequency of frequency converter.
