2. Description:
Positioner is widely used for welding and holding and assembling of complex workpiece. It is an excellent assistance device for mechanical industry especially steel structure manufacturing industry such as small chemical vessel manufacturing. HBZ series welding positioner is developed and manufactured on the basis of collecting the merits of similar products at home and abroad and inducing the characteristics of some customers’ products.
This welding positioner can apply to the welding of various rotation working piece inclding shafts, trays, cylindrical body, etc.The overturn of workgroop adopts worm gear transmission. It can turnover within 120° range with constant speed, with large turnover torque.
