2. Description:
The overturning of section steel is the important part of H-section steel production line. The 90° overturning machine is mainly used to overturning “T”-type or “I”-type steel, so that can entry into next process to welding. It adopt hydraulic overturning mode through 3 oil cylinder drive 3 L type rack turning 90° synchronization. “T”-type or “I”-type workpiece also overturning 90° so that can welding and conveying.
This overturning machine is composed of base frame, L-type rocking arm, baffle plate, oil pipe, oil cylinder. Base frame and L-type rocking arm are welding components, can bear heavy load, transmission of hydraulic overturning is stable and reliable. 60° overturning machine mainly used with assembling machine, its hydraulic principle see the hydraulic principle drawing of assembling machine.
3. Quality control:
PQC (Pre Quality Control)
Before the final product is done, the quality department needs carry out a simple pre acceptance inspection, mainly to check whether the gas pressure is consistent with the hydraulic system, if there's oil leakage, and check if parts and components are installed in place.
FQC (Final quality control)
FQC is mainly responsible for the quality of the finished products. The inspection personnel should check if the connecting oil pipe and gas pipe joint are correct, if the screw thread is correct, the place of activity components is flexible, walking frame is stable, electrical and the action is consistent, the limit switch is not effective, the appearance is clean, paint is good or not.
