2. Description:
This series of structure is designed as mechanical symmetrical up-adjusting 3-roller plate rolling machine, upper roller does vertical elevating movement at the center position of two down rollers, elevating of upper roller is realized through motor, speed reducer, worm gear and worm. The two lower rollers are driving roller. The upper roller is driven roller. This machine can be used widely in ship building, boilers, aviation, hydro electrical industry, metal structure and machinery industry.
It has been designed to meet the special requirements of the fabrication shops and factories : Strength, User Friendliness and Versatility. Its design reduces to minimum the distance between the bending points guaranteeing higher bending accuracy.
The MCS bearing system, incorporating 4 independent bearings for each bending roll is a very good feature. It guarantees the higher reliability ( higher capacity of load absorption ) and increase the range for tilting the side rolls, resulting in more versatility when rolling cones.
