History:
Our factory was set up in 2006, we grew up slowly at beginning.Since we met our korean customer whose name is Mr.Shaun in 2014. After several times deep discussings, he thought we are a potential company in slitting machine. So he place an order (a slitting machine which is specialized in slitting optical film for Korea Samsung) to us, also he gave us some technology support. Because his major is machinery, he made many drawings, asked us to make many adjustments on our slitting machines. Because of Korea Samsung's strict requirements, he insisted the main parts adopt international famous brand, the treatment of shaft surface is done by Jiangsu and Guangdong Province, not by local, etc. After 3 months, this machine (C model) is finished perfect and shipped to Korea.
Until now,we cooperated with Mr.Shaun for 3 years. He's our technical consultant and Korea agent. he helped us to export more than 45 sets of slitting machines to Korea market. Our technology is upgraded day by day.
Uses:
The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll, and craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. all kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc.
Main mechanical configuration:
1. Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation.
2. Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake, material's constant tension control is automatically calculated by PLC through the diameter's change.
3. Traction rollers are driven by 1 servo motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened.
4. Rewind adopts 2pc servo motor, automatic tension is from PLC's calculating.
5. Equipped with automatic rewind material's pushing by robot arm.
6. Unwind lift adopts hydraulic & pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time.
7. EPC&LPC makes material's slitting edge smooth and accurate.
8. The feature of machine is stable, security, efficient etc.
