Overview
Liquid turbine flow meter consists of two main parts---turbine sensor and display instruments. It has adopted advanced technology and obtains following characteristics: simple structure, light, high accuracy, good repeatability, quick response and easy to install and maintain. Liquid turbine flow meter is widely applied to measuring liquid in sealed tube; not corrosive with stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti,2Cr13, corundum Al2O3 and cemented carbide; with no fiber, particle or other impurity; kinematic viscosity less than 5 × 10-6m2/s in working temperature. When the kinematic viscosity is faster than 5 × 10-6m2/s, needs to calibrate the meter before using. Also it can match with display instrument with special functions to realize quantitative control, excessive alarm etc. In all, it is an ideal choice for low conductive liquid.
Installation
It is strictly prohibited to online welding flange; no direct welding on the inlet and outlet
of the flange to avoid burning internal parts of the flow meter.
Cleaning must be carried out after a new pipeline installed or maintained. Remove the
debris in the pipeline before installation of flow meter.
The flow meter should be installed in an easy to maintain, no strong electromagnetic
interference, no strong mechanical vibration and thermal radiation effect place.
The flow meter is unfavorable used in frequent interruptions in the flow and strong flow
pulsation or pressure pulsation occasions.
Place a cover over the flow meter when installed outdoor, to prevent rain immersion and
strong sunlight affect the service life of the meter.
