Iron Roller Custom Sheet Metal Forming Machine Steel Roof Bending
Introduction:
It adopts coiling steel sheet as the raw material, Coil car to feeding the coil sheets to the
decoiler, then decoiling , continuous rolling and cold forming, automatically cut to the size
and specification which required, and stacking the finishing panel automatically. The
equipment adopts PLC control, AC frequency and adjusting the speed technology, and it
realize the continuous automatically production, therefore, it is really a new type of energy
saving and high effective producing equipment for steel structure.
Working process:
10TonManualDoubleHeadDecoiler→feeding and guiding system→Roll forming(25m/min)→
Cut to length(hydraulic)→finished product supporter
Working flow direction:
Left to right: see to layout drawing (facing the feeding table, the control cabinet should be
put on the right side of the cutting frame, from the operator’s view; the working flow is from
left to right.)
Out put profile direction
Out put rear cutting profile: facing the cutting frame ,the out put cutting profile would be same
as“ profile drawing” showing.
