Working Principle of the CM series Rice Polishing Machine
In the rice mill production line, rice polishing machine is used after rice milling machine.
After the rice milling process, the brown rice becomes white. In
polishing process, workers should remove of broken rice and bran, and
then spray water on the surface of rice to polish it to decrease the
cohesion between endosperm and bran. As it takes little time in rice
polishing process, we do not need to worry about its moisture content
after spraying water. The pressure of the machine and temperature during
polishing glaze the rice surface. After polishing, it can not only
clean the rice bran, also made the effect of pre-gelatinized starch and
glue of rice. It can make up the crack of rice and get sparkling
appearance of rice,which improves storage performance and practical
quality of rice.
