Automatic Chemical Dosing System Equipment for Water Treatment
Description
We have a comprehensive range of high quality liquid mixing and storage tanks and chemical feed system with integral dosing pump, and control equipment . The dosing pumps used in our standard chemical feed equipment packages are designed for heavy duty industrial applications and include Milton Roy and Nikkiso dosing pumps . Some features of our chemical feed system are listed below:

The metering pump is a positive displacement chemical dosing device with the ability to vary capacity manually or automatically as process conditions require. It features a high level of repetitive accuracy and is capable of pumping a wide range of chemicals including acids, bases, corrosive or viscous liquids and slurries.
The pumping action is developed by a reciprocating piston which is either in direct contact with the process fluid, or is shielded from the fluid by a diaphragm. Diaphragms are actuated by hydraulic fluid between the piston and the diaphragm.
Metering pumps are generally used in applications where one or more of the following conditions exist:
- Low flow rates in mL/hr or l/hr are required
- High system pressure exists
- High accuracy feed rate is demanded
- Dosing is controlled by computer, microprocessor, DCS, PLC, or flow proportioning
- Corrosive, hazardous, or high temperature fluids are handled
- Viscous fluids or slurries need to be pumped
Grease detergent:
consist of a variety of surface-active agents and additives compound , with strong penetration, emulsification, stripping and degreasing capability, If you add a small amount of grease detergent into the circulating water system, it will be effective in curbing oil, grease and growing rapidly.
Rust detergent:
It will not produce hydrogen embrittlement in the standard range for control of corrosive metal , and it is an excellent drug in cleaning circulating water system rust, the strong solvency of its iron oxide, and under ambient temperature conditions can be carried out. Polymer Chemistry coating agents: can make metal coated with a layer of dense uniform corrosion film in a short time, has excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for circulating water system in carbon steel, copper, galvanized pipe and other piping and equipment chemical coating, after the coating, the performance can be greatly enhanced, more than 7,000 sets of water systems which used successfully fifteen years.
