This product is our turntable type Shot Blasting machine.By shot blasting, not only can remove the workpiece surface rust, clean out the various parts of rust, dirt, etc., to improve the surface quality of the workpiece; at the same time, can also improve the internal stress of the workpiece, to strengthen the purpose of improving the work of fatigue strength.
This machine consitutes by shot blasting rooms, blasting assembly, pneumatic brake for pills, pellets circulating purification systems, turret drive system, dust removal system and electrical control components.
Machine Equipment
This model shot blasting machine is a horizontal type rotary Shot Blasting equipment, Shot Blasting from the chamber, a turntable drive system, turntable protection, shot blasting assembly, pellets circulation purification system, projectile recovery system, dust removal system and composed of electrical control section and the like.
Blasting room:the machine is mainly composed of gas, turntable, transmission, splitter, hoist, transport means balls, shot blasting and other components,installed on both sides of the chamber top speed rotating blast wheel, the best position of the workpiece projectile, the rear chamber body door open, the cleaning effect can be seen directly, in order to carry out the next step.Projectile principle: shot blasting machine adopts the principle of transverse projectile, shot the axial direction of the right angle with the workpiece travels to produce the best impact, and to prevent the empty projectiles thrown affect the cleaning effect.
Shot blasting room features: steel plate welded structure, with sufficient strength and rigidity.After the installation direction of the chamber body and shot blasting are three-dimensional design and optimization of dynamic simulation determined so to ensure a good effect of cleaning up the work to maximize the effectiveness of the device, the main propellant to clean indoor area using Mn13 high manganese shield protection, this shield has a high impact toughness, can make full use of the kinetic energy of the projectile reflection, hitting the surface continue to be effective, will help improve the quality of clean-up and cleaning efficiency. Turntable placed high wear-resistant perforated sheeting to prevent large lumps and flash, burrs into the hopper, screw conveyor and hoist, to ensure the normal circulation of the projectile and devices work properly.

This blast wheel also has the following characteristics:
1. With advantages: compact structure, convenient maintenance, low noise, low consumption, high efficiency; direct connection technology eliminates the intermediate transmission loss, removed many vulnerable parts- belt, belt wheel, main shaft, shaft seat, reduces the maintenance workload. In addition, it covers small area, layout is flexible, easy to satisfy ejection belt arrangement. It also has to replace the whole performance and convenient maintenance.
2. Composite blasting belt : in order to clean all surfaces (the front and back, concave and convex surface) , this blade has a wide projection area, the width of the lateral ejections is 1.5 to 2 times to the normal blast wheel.
3. Structure: compared to the old belt type blast wheel, blasting shot velocity is constant, there is no belt slippage to cause bad cleaning or strengthening effect , the quality of cleaning is not fluctuated. This blasting efficiency is 20kg/min• kW and energy consumption is lower 20% than common blast wheel.
4. Material and craft: spare parts have long working life : wear parts of this blast wheel is made of Cr28% abrasion resistance of high chromium cast iron melt film precision casting and its service life is 3 times more than sand castings. All manganese steel cover/shell of blast wheel will processed by large CNC gantry milling machine with a one-time processing;
