Materials Composition:
- 45% Wood and MDF

Features:
- MDF used in the mass production is E1 or Carb2 standard.
- All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
- The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
- The finishing of the frame are 100% handmade. So it is very high valued.
- The finishing coat of each item is done in the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth.
- Polishing the surface of each product before next paint is a necessary step. This step makes sure the paint can adhere to the surface of the product good enough.
- Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
- Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
- Each corner of the frame is well joined by high quality glue.

1. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?

2. How long can the customers get the samples after the samples are required?
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
3. Does the samples are free to provide or not?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
4. What we can provide with you after the goods is shipped out from our factory?
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
