Machine features

2. Machine 3 axis adopt linear square guide rail, double class four row ball slider, operating smoothly, high accuracy, durable.

3. XY axis adopt super-modulus gear with high speed and accuracy. At the same time, Z axis use imported ball screw, high precision, lower knives accurately

4. Adopt high-speed step motor and drivers. Two motors for Y axis make machine operating more sable and higher accuracy.

5. 3.0KW water cooling spindle match with domestic well-known brand of high power air-cooled frequency conversion brushless motors, small noise, strong and free maintenance, continuous working,

6. Aluminum T slot working table covered PVC protects the tools from breaking. T-slot with clamps makes it convenient to fix the material.

7. T-shape dragon gate makes 3 axis working stable, high speed and accuracy. Dragon gate moving, customer can work on any area of the material.

8. Optional control system, NcStudio/DSP/Mach3, high stability, high efficiency, easy to learn. This machine adopt Mach3 control system.

9. Continuing working after the break point/power failure, lower the rejection rate.

10. Good software compatibility, can compatible with the Artcam/Type3/Ucancam/JDPaint such CAD/CAM software, 2D/3D processing, more convenient to using.
