    Middle frequency induction heating treatment graphitizing furnace

Specification:

This complete equipment is used for graphite carbon material high temperature heating graphitizing treatment. This equipment uses large power thyristor frequency converter which transfers 50hz 3phase power frequency power into single middle frequency electrical energy.

The equipment adopts electromagnetic induction principle: under vacuum and protective gas condition, the workpiece is put in the alternating magnetic field and generates eddy for producing a great amount of heat for smelting,  heating, quenching as well as sintering.

 

Description:

The graphitizing furnace is made of middle frequency power supply, capacitor, supporting connecting electrode, supporting thermal furnace lining, induction heating coil, graphite heating unit, vacuum pump unit, electrical control system, temperature measurement system, temperature control system as well as human-computer interface.

The vacuum furnace is of vertical double layer casket structure, the cooling water will flow through the interlayer. The heater is made of induction heating power supply, induction coil, graphite crucible heating unit, inner heat preservation layer and outer heat preservation layer.

Rectification control adopts newly full digital trigger technology. The 3 phases synchronization signal is directly introduced to the control panel from the main circuit via 2500V optical isolation which can achieve the balance of the power frequency 3 phase current.

The whole system adopts full digital control which can realize power factor calibration, constant power control, temperature control, frequency tracking, zero power start-up, real-time monitor on over-current and over-voltage faults, alarm display etc.

Temperature control method is infrared optical temperature closed-loop control.

The cabinet uses imported GF standard cabinet which ensures the long use time of the equipment.

Adopts unique zero voltage, sweep frequency, soft start-up mode, users can leisurely select one-time start-up or automatic repeatable start-up mode.

Complete and reliable protection system on over current, over voltage, low voltage etc for safe operation.

The equipment has a complete and reliable automatic adjustment system made up of current, voltage, impedance and inverter leading trigger angle adjustments. The current and voltage double circles automatically achieve constant power adjustment, the impedance adjustment can make the power supply be the optimum state during the whole smelting process.
