Description:

This set of equipment is used in large and medium generator stator or electric generator coil and electrode induction heating brazing. The heating power adopts advanced high speed IGBT transistor frequency conversion device which convert 50Hz three-phase power frequency energy to single high and medium frequency power. This equipment follow the principle of electromagnetic induction, under the circumstance of air, vacuum and protective gas, the device puts the workpiece in alternating magnetic field,and heat can be created because of eddy-current loss, to meet the need of smelting, heating and quenching.

This equipment is of strong technology with high degree of automatic, easy operation, good quality of workpiece welding.

The middle frequency braze welding equipment adopts middle frequency whole induction braze welding, the large power asynchronous tracking motor rotor end-ring and guide bar are completely welded with one-time heating. The welding period is short thus make the guide bar and end-ring be affected little by the heat. The mechanical strength of the welding is high, and the whole quality is excellent.

Proper choice on welding material and brazing flux, which makes the welding quality better.

Take advantage of induction heating which is of quick heating, little burning loss and high labor strength.

The infrared thermometer control system non-contact measurement on work-piece. And the control on the middle frequency power supply for the output power adjustment, thus making the temperature on the work-piece constant. The temperature control precision of the welding work-piece can be ± 2%.

The output power of the power supply does not vary when the induction coils and work-pieces change.

All-digital control system, no relay control.

The technology is divided into 2 kinds: overall braze welding and segment braze welding according to the diameter of the motor. If the motor's diameter is below 900mm, the overall braze welding is selected. Otherwise, the segment braze welding is selected.
