DBY serues of electric diaphragm pump is a new kind of pumps. It adopts XLD series cycloid pin wheel throttle machine to replace the traditional turbo throttle machine. In recent years, due to the diaphragm material has made breakthrough progress in the international community. More and more industrialized countries have adopted this type of pump to replace part of centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, dive pump, slurry pump and impurity pump.
Usage
It is suitable for low pressure. (Export pressure≤3kgf/cm2occasions.) This pump can be used in transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquid and a variety of corrosive liquids. The highest temperature is 150. It is applied in the petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgical industries field.
Working Principle:
Moter(4)through the gear box(3)above the diaphragm plunger to drive around the ends(2) one after the other to reciprocate. In the left and right pump chamber, upper and lower four-way valve is equipped with(1),the movement of the diaphragm. Causes a change in volume of the working chamber, forcing the four-way valve is opened and closed alternately, so that the liquid suction and discharge continuously.
