DBY Electric operated double Diaphragm Pump has good suction ability, no leakage, no clogging, It doesn't need the lead water, and has self-sucking function. Good pass capability that the big grain impurity and slurry can be passed easily.

Diaphragm can be divided into neoprene, fluoric rubber and ethane in order to satisfy the customers demand. The flow part can be divided into cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy. The electrical moter has common style and anti burst style. The medium temperature: 120,flux0.75-20m3/h.Outlet pressure3-30m rotates by cycloid pin wheel throttle machine. It is drive by Cycloid reducer.
Working Principle:
Moter(4)through the gear box(3)above the diaphragm plunger to drive around the ends(2) one after the other to reciprocate. In the left and right pump chamber, upper and lower four-way valve is equipped with(1),the movement of the diaphragm. Causes a change in volume of the working chamber, forcing the four-way valve is opened and closed alternately, so that the liquid suction and discharge continuously.
