Product Description:
Concrete mixer truck maintains the material ' s liquid state through agitation, or turning of the drum, until delivery. The interior of the drum on a concrete mixing truck is fitted with a spiral blade. In one rotational direction, the concrete is pushed deeper into the drum. This is the direction the drum is rotated while the concrete is being transported to the building site. This is known as " charging " the mixer.
This products use the imported reducer, motor and hydraulic pump. Dynamic force output by the
second class chassis full power take off through the shaft power to the hydraulic pump, hydraulic
pump produces hydraulic energy through tubing to the hydraulic motor, hydraulic motor to convert
hydraulic energy into kinetic energy and through reducer then reduce and increase twist to the mixing
tank, by adjusting the (double acting variable) servo controller of hydraulic pump Angle so as to realize
controlling turning and speed of mixing drum, then to realize the concrete charging, stir and
discharging operation.
