Application:
Usually for big thickness pipe, if we use the steel plate to bend the pipe directly, after bending, the pipe will be flat on the joint, therefore, this pre-bending machine is engaged in to pre-bend the steel plate for left and right two sides edge, after pre-bending, the pipe joint is very round. Machine composition, performance and characteristics
1) the main machine is composed of main frame, main oil cylinder, movable beam (move downward), plate hold cylinder, up and bottom tooling and tooling holder, hydraulic station and electric system and feeding mechanism (user selection).
2) in order to reduce the welding stress, the main frame is used to hard treatment to ensure the machining accuracy, and the upper end of the main frame is equipped with up tooling and tooling holder, adopts fixed mounting, avoid tooling move and turn over.
3) the movable beam is a rectangular frame structure, which is arranged along the slide rail on the main frame, so that the up and bottom tooling can move upward and downward, and touch the workpiece, so that the edge of the plate is bent.
4) the machine movement is provided by the hydraulic power station, and the driver is mounted in the main oil cylinder, to bring the moving beam to move upward, and on the moving beam, there is pre-bending tooling. Before pre-bending, the plate hold cylinders on the moving beam will clamp the plate, to avoid plate moving.
5) The hydraulic station adopts double pump to supply oil to ensure the large flow of the hydraulic oil flow.
6) The electron controller adopts three phase 220V, 60HZ power supply, all the electric elements in Zhejiang Delixi brand
Machine parts description
1) the main frame is the main cylinder mounting frame, adopts close-type welding structure, and treated with the tempering process to remove welding stress, the main oil cylinder adopts the piston cylinder , inside sealing parts choose imported brand NOK.
2) the hydraulic station adopts the independent component structure, the valve is controlled by the large flow control valve
