Tygon no plasticizer tubing is a unique kind of thermosetting rubber tube with low compression modulus.
Tygon with optimal flexibility, the best temperature and the long pump life and provide transparent, no plasticizer / no oil tubing.
Ideal supplies for many fields including peristaltic pump, soap and washing agent, paint dispensing pipe, water purification food contact,
and chemical drug delivery. Unique tubing is not as easily broken or cracked as other tubing, prevent customers from stopping and replacing tubing.

determines pressure; elasticity determines tubing life;
bore size determines flow rate and tubing wall thickness determines pump working efficiency.
There are two types of tubing to choose from, each one consist of different material, Prefluid tubing and Prefluid long-life tubing. They own similar chemical performance. Under
the same condition, Prefluid long-life tubing will bewith much longer use life. In the event you need to run your pump for a long duration, we recommend you use Prefluid long-life tubing. Prefluid tubing is the number one option, when using Prefluid requirements.
Tubing Life
The factors which will influence tubing life include pump speed, pressure, tubing material and its chemical compatibility, and fluid abrasion rate.
The chart to the right displays the maximum continuous running time of 17# and 25# tubing under thecondition of speed of300rpm, temperature of23°C
(73°F). The result is the average number of 10 samples.
