1. What's Vacuum Casting:
Silicon molding also known as RTV - Room Temperature Vulcanizing is very common process in RP industry, typically used for the production of small series of functional plastic prototypes. A broad range of liquid thermoset plastics are available for casting these parts. The most frequent use for silicone tooling is in the vacuum casting of polyurethane to reproduce quickly and economically, copies of original components. Polyurethanes with different physical properties enable the production of prototypes to be used for functional testing under different conditions.

2. Application :
Vacuum casting is an alternative technique for the production of prototype castings which minic injection moulded parts such as ABS,PP,PMMA ,PA and diffrent grades of rubber.Using the MCP Heated Cup Module,complex accurate wax models for investment casting can be produced.

2. What is the tolerance of BOLE's Prototype?
For CNC machining the tolerance will be +-0.1mm.
The tolerance of silicon moulding will be +-0.1mm to 0.15mm each side.
3. Which files do you require for quotation?
We use ProE software.STP/STEP/IGS will work better with us.
4. What is your price for rapid prototyping?
The price of BOLE differ from design.
CNC price charge by size/structure and surface treatment.
3D printer price charge by weight.
Silicon moulding price differ from size and structure.
5. How long will be your BOLE Prototype delivery time?
Our delivery time usually will be 3-15days.
Sometime,delivery time can be discuss between us and make a agreement.
6. Will BOLE Prototype sign NDA with us?
Yes,we will of course sign NDA with our customer.
Usually customer send us NDA.We sign and feedback with a signed copy.
