Production Application

 

Conveyor belt repairing strip is mainly used for repairing the longitudinal long distance rip ,restore of the

 

damaged edge and the rubber layer.


Usage
 
 
1. Polish and Wash: Wash the conveyor belt worn surface, polish with tungsten steel grinding disc and

 

                                  clean with CMX360 cleanser;
 
2. Brush the adhesive: Brush CMX3000 cement once or twice evenly, at the same time, brush CMX3000

 

                                        cement on the green CN adhered surface and wait some time;
 
3. Attach the repair strip: Attach the repair strip on the damage, and then use compaction roller

 

                                           compaction.
