Ripping Method:
1. After soap stripping, cut into the required size.
2. Air-dry soap 2 to 3 days,the hardness of the soap stamp is the most appropriate at the monment.
3. Prepare tools: A. hand soap B. soap chapter C. beat with a small plastic mallet.
4. Put the soap on a flat surface or a solid table, and then covered the pattern surface of the soap chapter in the scheduled print position.
5. A hand fixed soap , the other hand to take a small plastic mallet in the soap chapter evenly beat, the print pattern slowly into the soap, take control of the depth, last separate soap and soap chapter ,it's ok.
Please Note:
The most suitable cover soap chapter was on the rigidity and soap lines each chapter of the soap may be
Unless high hardness soap (such as INS value exceeds 140, the cover will cover not come out too late), or better to cover the lid too early too late.
The real seal is reversed, printed pattern is positive.
