Application:

Construction:

The MH hyperboloid mixer is composed of transmission part, impeller, base and hoisting system.

Hyperboloid agitator can be divided into dry-type and submersible-type according to the installation mode.

Transport and Storage:

It is strictly prohibited to press and collide with the stirring shaft and impeller during the transportation period, which needs to use lifting equipment for loading and unloading, and it is strictly prohibited to scratch the surface of the impeller.

 

Operation:

Test run must be done after the installation of device. The sundries in the pool must be eliminated before test run, and then inject water in the pool about 70% of the pool volume, never run the device without water, in order to avoid stirring shaft curving caused by uneven force.

During the test run, pay attention to checking:

  1. Whether gear motor has abnormal noise and there exists temperature rise.

  2. Whether motor current is within the range of rating [the super current is in normal situation for a short time (3 min) when current starting].

  3. The swing situation of stirring shaft.

    In the above case, no matter any abnormal situation occurs, it is required to identify the causes and correct them before use.

 

 

Service and Maintenance:

  1. It is required to replace gear lubricating oil and clean up the inside oil contamination after the new motor has operated for 200 to 300 hours. You can replace them later within six months to one year.

  2. Regularly check the swinging situation of stirring shaft, and timely clear the winding material at the impeller and shaft.

  3. Regularly check whether the current has anomalous change.

  4. Check the motor insulation when the device does not work for long time before turn it on again, while pay attention to preventing motor and impeller damage caused by difficulty in starting due to long sedimentation of sediment.
