Compact Impeller High Pressure Roots Blower Horizontal Silent Two - Stage Type
Operation Principle:
Two units of impellers rotating in reverse directions are set in the enclosure, which rotates with
only very small clearances reserved between impellers, the impeller and the enclosure. When the
blade end of one impeller passes the suction inlet, it will capture certain amount of air between it
and the casing, and transfer it from suction side to discharge side, pressing to the high pressure
end. The air at suction side, as shown in “Fig. A- Fig. B”, which is captured by the impeller rotating
to the smallest clearance between it and the casing, is transferred to discharge outlet after
procedures in “Fig.C , Fig. D”, and discharged in the state of “Fig. E”.
