Carbon Steel surface finish and corrosion treatment

1. Sand Blas ng/ Shot Peening, ISO Sa≥2.5, epoxy Zinc Rich Primer, 50μm/coat.
2. Internal: a) Epoxy Zinc-rich Primer, 50μm/coat×1;
b) Epoxy Mas c Paint, 100μm/coat×2~3;
c) Total film thickness: ≥250μm.
3. External: a) Epoxy Zinc-rich Primer, 50μm/coat×1;
b) Epoxy Micaceous Iron Intermediate Paint, 50μm/coat×1;
c) Polyurethane Finish, 50μm/coat×1;
d) Total fi lm thickness: ≥150μm.

Spraying Method: High-Pressure Airless Spraying
Device Color: Light Sea Blue (PANTONE No.RAL5015), or according to customers’ demands.

Mechanism:

The mechanism of air dissolving system is Venturi jet. When operation pressure is about 0.4Mpa, water with high pressure sucks the air in a very short time by high speed injection in Venturi jet, and then it is cut into micro bubbles and dissolved in the water. Air dissolving water is formed, then it is released into a lot of micro bubble water with 2045um by pressure reduction unit. The suspended solid in the wastewater will be absorbed by micro bubbles water and floated into the surface of DAF tank, then it will be removed by skimmer.
