Vertical Submersible Mixer Low Speed Propeller Anti - Corrosive With SUS420

Application:

1. Places where suspended substances exist and mixing and stirring is required such as aeration tank,

anaerobic tank, sludge tank of sewage treatment factory;
2. Environments with comparatively high requirement for operating safety during industrial process,

such as the water containing metal salt, paper pulp and fiber substance, paper making industry, food

and chemical industry;
3. Pools where flow is generated to improve water quality; tanks where flow is created to prevent

effectively suspended substance deposit etc.

The impelling effect of low speed flow propeller depends on density and viscosity of fluid and shape and
capacity of tank. One or more flow propellers should be adopted according to concrete situation. The best
flow speed should be maintained within 0.25~0.30m/s to make the flow propeller have impelling function
in appropriate volume.

Operating conditions
Flow propeller can work normally under the following conditions:
1) Maximum media temperature not exceeding 40;
2) PH value of media within 5-9;
3) Fluid density not exceeding 1150kg/m3;
4) For long term of submersed operation, submergence not exceeding 20m generally;

Features:

1	The shaft of the motor employs the stainless steel, and the rotors are inspected with the use of dynamic balancing, leading to smooth rotation.
2	The in-built leakage sensor and the device for the over temperature protection for the windings of the stator.
3	The mixer agitators have the stainless steel pressing impeller, which are of the sweptback shape through the optimized design, resulted in high efficiency and self-cleaning function.
4	The supporting fram and the lower support shall be fixed onto the pond wall and the pond bottom with the use of expansion bolts or chemical anchors. For the big diameter impellers and the big power mixers the best choice is to pre-embed.
5	While placing an order by customer. Please supply the pond depth H and drawing of the pond shape so as to determine the dimensions of the guide rod and the number of the supporting frames.
6	A multiple of mixers with the same installation system can share one lifting system.
