Installation Instructions:
| Green start cable |
turn the mechanical key to ignition position,power on and power off immediately, find this target wire by test pencil or multimeter! |
| Yellow ON1 wire | turn the mechanical key to ON position of ignition module,that wire is with constant 12V power. |
| Blue ON2 wire | turn the mechanical key to ON position of ignition module,that wire is with instant 12V power and then return constant power status. |
| White ACC wire. | Accessory output(+)connecting it to the accessory wire coming from the ignition switch that supplies power to the heater/air conditioner.some cars may have multiple accessory wires. |
| RED 12V power | supplying constant power to ignition switch! |
| Black wire | connecting to car ground or power pole! |
Other some wires connection:
A. Blue/White wire footbrake wire connections:
connecting this wire to car footbrake switch!it is 12V positive power.
B. White/Black wire:Engine start detection wire:
it is positive power,connecting it to the high voltage coil from engine distributor,or you also connect it to fuel pump wire!or high voltage induction wire or tach wire!
when engine is started,it has power,when engine is off,it has not power.
use multimeter or test pencil to find target wire!
C. Brown wire:Turning direction Light Wire:
Truning light is also called Direction light,Manual turning light switch is near to steering wheel,so you can find turning light wire there,our system has two turning light wires,you can connect the one of them or both of them.this turning light will flash when remote start is successful!
so it is judging sign of start status!
D. Grey wire: Handbrake Wire:
Must connect this wire to car handbrake swtich if your car is manual tranmission car,on the contray,if your car is auto transmission car,connect it to car metal body!if you don't connect this wire,no remote start function!
E. Green wire or blue wire: Side Door Wire
when engine is started and it is running,system is still in arm status,so if open the car door illegally,it will trigger side door alarm!
The best places to find the door switch wire is:
1. At the pin switch:when testing the pin switch,check wire to ensure that it sees all the
doors ,normally the passenger switch will cover all the doors even if the driver's switch
will not do.
2. At the dome light:this maybe your best choice if the vehicle had delayed dome light
supervision, but it will work in many hondas,or any vehicle with completely diode-isolated
pin switchs.
Once you have determined the wire color,the easiest place to
connect to the wire is often at the kick panel,at the windshield
pillar,or in the running board,when an easy location is not available, running a wire to the
dome light itself is often best solution.
How to find adoor pin switch trigger wire with multimeter:
1. set to DCV or DC voltage(12vor 20v is fine)
2. in most fords, fasten the(-)probe of the meter to chassis ground,in most other cars,fasten
the(+)probe of your meter to constant(+)12v.
3. probe the wire you suspect of being the door trigger wire,if the meter reads(+)12v when any
door is opened,you have found a trigger wire.
