    Operation Steps
 
1.  Check the Rebar
 
 Confirm the rebar diameter and length meet the requirements;
 Out-of-straight rebar end should be cut off before upsetting.
 Remove the rebar of rust, sand, oil and other sundries, to extend the machine service life.
 
2. Check the preparation
 
Check the chaser and adjusting ring specification and installation.
Check the cutting fluid volume is sufficient.
Check the machine head rotation direction, (anti-clockwise for right hand thread).
 
3. Rebar threading
 
→Connect air switch, power light on the control panel is on, water pump works, cutting fluid discharges from the threading machine head.
→Place selector switch to on position.
→Place the rebar in the clamping vice, place the stop iron in front of the machine head, when the rebar end touches the stop iron, rotate the handle to clamp the vice, and then remove the stop iron.
→ Rotate the feed handle anti-clockwise. When the threading machine head advances from the back position limit stop, the motor starts. Pay attention to machine head rotation direction, anti-clockwise rotation is for making right hand threads.
→Continue to advance the threading machine head until the chasers just touch the rebar end. Slowly advance the threading machine head with enough force to engage the chasers and start thread cutting. After about 2 turns the handle can be released and the machine head will advance forward on its own.
→When threading head reaches the front position limit stop, the chaser holder opens, the chasers release from the rebar end. Rotate the feed handle clockwise until the threading machine head returns to the back position limit stop and the motor stops rotating.
→ Rotate the vice handle anti-clockwise to loosen the rebar. Take the rebar out from the vice. One working cycle is complete.
→Sample the rebar thread.
