Type E Pneumatic Spiders are utilized to handling drill pipe and tubing in oil well repairing. This type spider can accommodate pipe from 2 3/8 to 7 5/8 inch, the rated load of is 175 ton.

API Spiders
Both API Spider and API split master bushing have the same inner diameter with of 4 in/ft on the diameter taper. The spider body is made of high-quality alloy steel and heat-treated especially.
