1. Inner Tank: Made of thick food-grade stainless steel SUS 304-2B with seamless argon-arc welding, more than 30 years lifespan

2.Tank Exterior Shell: Anti-erosion color steel fluorocarbon (PVDF) plate as exterior shell has a super character in chemical resistance Stainless Steel shell SUS304 with its good performance and appearance enjoys much popularity in most solar market

3.Insulation Layer: High-density polyurethane integrated foam-forming with twice slaking treatment ensures long lasting heat preservation

4.Bracket: Supporting bracket is designed for 140 km/hr wind load with corrosion resistant treatment to meet ocean coast weather

 

 

Stainless Steel Pressurized Solar Water Heaters with Copper Heat Pipe working principle

 

1.The solar heater tank has no exhaust hole, therefore, it must bear the pressure came from tap water and hot water,when use, the hot water comes out because of water pressure.
2.Vacuum tube absorbs solar energy, and conductive copper pipe transfers the heat into the pressurized solar water heater tank. In this case, the water inside the tank becomes hot
3.No water in the heat pipe makes the whole system could bear pressure
