1. What's your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs.But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to inform us your request anytime,we will calculate the cost correspondingly and hope we can set up a long & friendly business relationship with you in near future.
2. Can I get samples?
Of course.We can provide existing sample for quality evaluation. But a little sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL,etc.If you have your own courier account,it will be fine we shipped with your account.If not,you can pay courier fee to our PayPal address which we will ship via our account to you then.
And it will take 3~5days to reach you,subject where you are.
3. How long is the sample & production lead time?
Normally 7~10days for new samples; around 30days for bulk productions after new sample approved & deposit payment received;
4. What's your delivery term?
Delivery incoterm can be FOB or EXW or CIF or DAP which depand on customer's requirement.
5. What's your payment term?
By T/T or PayPal or WestUnion, 30% deposit against order confirmation,balance 70% to be paid before shipment.
