This fruit and vegetable cleaning machine is also called fruit and vegetable hair cleaning machine, which is mainly used to remove the hair, weed, and other flocculent stuff in fruits and vegetables; at the same time, this cleaning machine is equipped with high-pressure spraying system under the working brush to clear the surface mud and sundries on vegetables and fruits, to finish a thorough cleaning. Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Machine Features
1. It is a kind of brush-type cleaning machine for vegetables and fruits.
2. The working brush can be set to be one-layer for the single-deck type, and two-layer (it can be 12 or 16 brush rollers) for the double-deck type.
3. The working brush is made of food-grade nylon wire, having no damage to the skin of the products, and is durable enough for its good wear-resistance.
4. The bottom of the machine is beveled and equipped with conduit to facilitate discharging mud after complete cleaning.

How Does Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Machine Work?
Fruits and vegetables roll with working brush by a different direction, and the soft brush is able to reach into their skin folds to clean sundries; the high-pressure spraying system is working simultaneously to wash the products. The cleaning water is collected in the collecting tank for recycle use.
