This machine is composed of charge-in hopper, upper fruit breaking device, under fruit breaking device, rotating screen, agitating shaft, screw pump, stander, etc.

Pomegranate Peeling and Deseeding Machine Operating Principle
Pomegranates enter into the upper fruits breaking device and are crushed (the gap between the two breaking rollers is 20mm); then the crushed pomegranates have a second crushing by the under fruit breaking device (the gap between the two breaking rollers is 10mm); after two times of crushing, pomegranates get into the separating device, and with the stirring of the agitating shaft, seeds are separated through the rotating screen, and pomegranate peel is discharged from the machine back. The separated flesh and juice can be delivered to double-channel beating machine by the screw pump.
Tips: 1. Gap between the upper and under breaking rollers are adjustable;
2. Change the breaking device for cutting device, the machine can be utilized to peel passion fruits, lemons, etc., and separate their flesh.
3. Rotating speed of agitating shaft and rotating screen is available for adjustment based on processing requirements.
