Machine Configuration
1, Mechanical System
(1) Beam structure: Longitudinal driving adopts belt pulley hard synchro structure, a synchro shaft cross the beam, which realized electrical parts
and mechanical part synchronized movement. Adopts synchro belt to buff and absorb shock, get good cutting quality.
(2)Transverse/ longitudinal guide rail: Adopt Φ25 mm ball bearing steel guide rail
(3) Parts and components
Transversal servo system: Delta servo system, Japan Shimpo gear reducer
Longitudinal driven: Adopts high torque(15NM) AC servo motor, equal to 4 sets of 750W motors, speed adjusting range 0-36m/min.
(common cutting machines speed just max 12m/min) high inertia motor driving, machine running more stable, cutting quality better!
CNC System
Graphic processing function: can do arranging material, rotating and X, Y mirror function to the processing graphics.

② Office computer for programming (with AutoCAD software)and U disk
③ Commissioning and inspection material.
④ If there is plasma source, user should prepare air compressor, gas holder, oil-water separator, tertiary filter,
ground wire, reducing valve and inner diameter 8mm windpipe.
