Delivery status: steel plate delivered in normalized condition. Surface quality: no cracks, bubbles, stuttering, folding, inclusion and delamination defects are allowed on the surface of the steel plate. For steel plates which are cut into final delivery sizes, 100% visual inspection of the steel plate surface shall be carried out to ensure that there is no delamination defect. If the above surface defects are allowed to be cleaned, the size of the steel plate shall be within the allowable size tolerance after the cleaning, and the defect cleaning shall be smoothly transferred.
