Product description
Y4000 LW55-550-50 type tank type SF6 circuit breaker series outdoor three-phase ac power transmission equipment. Used for 550 kv power system, can realize control of the system, measurement and protection. Product is composed of outlet and inlet line of circuit breaker, current transformers and casing. Circuit breaker design for single fracture, with integration of domestic initiation block type, high-power hydraulic operating mechanism, hydraulic line all built-in, no leakage.
This product is my company independent research and development of new products, with fully independent intellectual property rights, and its performance reached the international advanced level.
Feature advantages
1, the circuit breaker arcing chamber designed for single fracture, simple and reasonable structure, high technical content;
2, open circuit ability, contact electricity long life (rated short circuit breaking up to 20 times), maintenance cycle length;
3, the whole pole circuit breaker in addition to the casing unit individually packaged, arcing unit and hydraulic operating mechanism as well as current transformer component of the overall packaging unit, do not need field joint and adjustment, easy installation;
4, circuit breaker unit without opening the chamber during on-site installation, can be directly filled with SF6 gas, avoid the dirt and foreign invasion;
5, new type of hydraulic operating mechanism almost no exposed piping, reduce the oil spill;
6, hydraulic operating mechanism operating oil pressure is controlled by a pressure switch automatically, can maintain the constant oil pressure rating and is not affected by environmental temperature, at the same time, with the relief valve can be exempted from the danger of over voltage;
7, hydraulic operating mechanism has a rebuilt after loss of pressure, pressure is not slow points of function;
8, the closing resistor can product according to user's need to be installed or removed.
