feeder: Driven by motor and adjusting the speed by electromagnetic frequency converter, it can transport the particles or powder by auger rotation to push the raw material forward into conditioner.
conditioner: this part needs to add the steam to make raw material particles or powder gelatinization and sterlization for animal chicken digestion and feed pellet formation.
pelleting chamber: the gelatinized raw material are forced feeding into pelleting chamber,The main part in the pressing chamber is ring die and rollers, the raw material are rotated into the space between rind die and rollers, these two revolve to squeeze the raw materils into the holes of ring die,finally come out of holes into feed pellets which are cut into certain length.
HKJ-250 Ring die feed making machine uses belt transmission and Overload protective system:
1.Belt transmission: the motor provides the main power which is decelerated by the belt wheel to make both ring die and rollers rotate to produce feed pellets.
2.Overload protective system: the friction disc type, when the impurity enters the pelleting chamber or raw material flow is bigger, the pressure between ring die and rollers is exceed the normal working pressure, the main shaft torque is over the normal, the safety pin broke to activate the travel switch and release the single to power off to avoid other spare parts damage.
