Generally specking, our drying equipment consists of three main parts:Heat Sources, Drying Unit, Exhaust and Dust Treatment.

2.Drying Unit: Which is a Rotary Drum Dryer, consists of three drums with different diamter, take less space to get better drying effect.
3.Exhaust and Dust Treatment: Exhaust control device can ensure the exhaust up to the standard of emission.
Our Technology
The "Rotary Harrow Rolling Triple Stage & Multi-loop" drying is divided into 3 stages. Every stage has different design technique, thus adjusting to the changes of material moisture content. The whole process is an integrated linkage control system. The technology is advanced and mature so as to be stable and reliable for long-term operation.
Putting the hot air and material into the first stage of drying equipment. There is a "Rotary Hollow Rolling Broken Device" in this stage, which breaks the material into scattered and "boiling suspended" state. With the hot air, the material will be keeping rolling, rotation and separation, and its surface will be dry, which can effectively prevent particles from clustering again. Thus the important transformation "high humid —→ not humid, high sticky —→ not sticky, high viscous to not viscous" is completed. With the function ofMaterial Raising System, the material will be continuously threw and raised. The entire drying room will be filled by a complete material "curtain", which can make the material abundantly and evenly contact with hot air, thus increasing the heat utilization and evaporation intensity.
