What is the main information of HZS25 Concrete Batching plant?
HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant, a small sized hopper concrete batching plant, is forced and highly efficient mixing plant, used to produce plastic concrete and dry hard concrete with high productivity, and widely applying to large, medium and small sized construction projects, road, bridge water conservancy and dock projects, as well as factories of precast concrete product. It's also used to mixing dry hard concrete, light aggregate concrete and different mortar with high efficiency.
What is the working Principle of Concrete Batching Plant?
1. Feeding: sand,powder (such as cement,fly ash and expansive agent),water and admixture,transfer,mixing and storage.
2. After power on, control system comes into the main machine dialogue interface,system initialization processing,including number formula,concrete grade,slump,production volume,etc.
3. According to the weight of each bin,measurement testing,the output is empty or full to prompt the operator to determine whether to start the mixing control program or not.
4. Start feeding the sand, stone belt motor to the weighing hopper;Open the fly ash and cement tank of the butterfly valves,start the screw mechanical and electrical machine conveyor of fly ash and cement to the weighing hopper;Open water storehouse and the control valve of admixture pool water and additive into the weighing hopper.
5. Measurement meet the requirement set after open the door of weighing hopper, ingredients into the blender mixing is started,open the door of mixer in time points, concrete goes into the concrete mixing truck.
