Principle:
First, we use reinforced upsetting machine to forging the end of rebar.
Second, we use machine to process thread on the forged end of rebar;
Third,we use upset parallel thread coupler to joint two threaded ends of rebar.
Main function: upsetting and thickening the end part of rebar to raise the rebar area
The ends of the bars to be joined are cut square, enlarged by cold forging to increase their core diameter and so ensure that the joint is stronger than the bar.
