Compared with traditional planar laminated magnetic core structure based on same core limb cross section,window height and central distance between core limbs ,it have characteristics as followed:
1. Energy saving: no load loss is reduce by 25% meanwhile the no load current reduce by 80%;
2.Material consumption: saving silicon steel sheet about 20% meanwhile core about 2-3%;
3.Noise is reduced 7-10dB.
Why?
Tridimensional Core is combined by identical three core limbs to form a equilateral triangle structure,which is more good stability and strong mechanical strength,uniform stress to enhance short circuit withstand capability than planar structure.
Also instead of laminated silicon steel sheet cut before,the core is made by complete seamless silicon steel sheet without cutting at all, structure is tight enough to make low shock during operation so that the noise is reduce to the minimum limitation.
The core is proceeded annealing treatment so almost eliminate internal stress then this is no high magnetic resistance existed in magnetic circuit.So the no load loss and current is reduced by a big margin.
At last,high space utilization coefficient can reduce length of winding conductors so that save material,reduce weight and small occupation.
